The accommodation includes the provision of a basic breakfast within the unit on a self-help basis. (Cereals, tea, coffee, milk, sugar). The unit is ideal for 2 people and is open all year The accommodation is a newly built wing to the owner’s house, which is run as a Bed and Breakfast. It is double glazed, centrally heated and has its own separate entrance door. The unit is an open plan room with a concertina wall dividing kitchen/dining area and sleeping area. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. (The size of the unit is approximately 21 square meters). There is a well-equipped Ikea Mini-Kitchen with 2 electric hot plates, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, toaster, kettle, table and chairs. In the sleeping area there is a double bed, an easy chair, a walk in wardrobe, colour television, video player and a collection of videos. Duvets, pillows and linen are provided. No towels supplied. Usually there is street parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac “Tillingham Avenue” alongside or very close to the owners property. Special Requirements: People with disabilities are very welcome. Please inform us if you have any particular requirements. We are happy to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
